Oak Tree struck by lightning

This was a beautiful oak tree until it was struck by lightning just after 6pm on Saturday 21st April. There was a massive bang and the tree just seemed to explode. Debris was strewn 50 to 60 yards in all directions and my garden now looks like WW3. Neighbours said it sounded like a cannon being fired.
